Owner Dave Stielau
Dave and his wife, Megan, are both life long Medford Lakes residents. Dave has been interested in creating, repairing, and restoring wood with his hands since high school. Always deeply immersed in building since then following his passion.
He opened Innovative Improvements in 2002.

Here is Dave's home, a former one story Grafton Ranch which is a common home in Medford Lakes. Dave completely remodeled it from top to bottom, opening up the inside for an open floor plan, adding a second story, spacious front porch and large outdoor living space in the back yard to accommodate his 4 active children.
